High profile teams like Florida State and UCLA has helped the Emerald Bowl set a record for ticket sales.
Wednesday's game will be the fifth Emerald Bowl, and executive director Gary Cavalli expects AT&T Park, which seats about 40,000 for football, to be sold out, or very close to it.
