It must be slow for the media currently. Most of the dailies have a story regarding the fact that Xavier Lee was definitely thinking about leaving FSU last year. What a "shocker"! Stop the presses. Lee said Sunday that he was "very close" to transferring after the 2006 season.
"If coach [Jimbo] Fisher wasn't here, I wouldn't be here," said Lee, who had grown impatient under the direction of former quarterback coach Darryl Dickey and offensive coordinator Jeff Bowden.
