"They are both great programs. To be a head coach at either one of them is a great honor. They are an elite level of a job. There are not that many of those types of jobs out there, in my opinion. They are great jobs, but they have two head coaches. The thing is, I coached at both places, and we were successful at both places, so it is natural. I have a great (affinity) for both of them."
