Former Nole starting tight end Charlie Graham has agreed to the terms of a pre-trial diversion program as a first-time offender related to a misdemeanor charge of firing a handgun into the air last month.
Graham is currently in junior college for the spring semester and hopes to re-enroll at FSU before the start of the 2008 season.
The incident involved Graham firing a .32-caliber semiautomatic handgun that he legally owned into the air, telling officers that he didn't intend to harm anyone and that he made a "stupid decision."
