Wisconsin did not land any players on the Big Ten 2008 Football All-Conference first team but did land some on the second team as selected by the conference coaches:
Receiver David Gilreath, guard Kraig Urbik, tight end Garrett Graham,defensive lineman Mike Newkirk, defensive back Allen Langford, and defensive back Jay Valai.
The Badgers did land some on the first team as selected by the conference media: tight end Garrett Graham and defensive back Allen Langford.
