Question: How will you count the players who are already enrolled at FSU?
Lilly: "We can count them either way."
Question: What about tight ends. You obviously needed help there?
Lilly: "We feel like the two (Caz Piurowski and Brandon Warren) we have at tight end are two of the best in America. I think they are a little bit different type players. Caz being 6-7, 6-8 is a tall guy and a bit different than what we've had around here in a while, and with a lot of catches and a lot of athletic ability. Then Brandon Warren, with him you have a guy who has unbelievable athleticism and will probably see a few snaps at defensive end in passing situations as well.
Question: How well did you meet the needs on both sides of the ball?
Lilly: We felt great at every position but offensive line.
Question: You were able to turn some players who were already committed to other schools.
Lilly: "There were areas of needs and guys always want the ability to play. And if they see a great opportunity to play there is going to be interest there.
Question: It seemed this year there were a lot more waiting to make their decision.
Lilly: "I wish I had a solution to that. So much of it has to do with the amount of information guys have. There's the old joke in recruiting that recruiting doesn't start until somebody commits. ... I worry that's the direction it is going in."
Question: What about C.J. Spiller going to Clemson. Did you have a conversation with him?
Lilly: "A lot of people said they were shocked. I can't say I was shocked. Clemson is a good school and program. I'm sure he had good reasons for the decision he made."
