FSU fans probably did not get excited about this year's NFL draft. Case in point was that the three players selected in the draft represented the fewest players FSU placed in a draft since 2002. FSU players drafted were Andre Fluellen, Geno Hayes and Letroy Guion.
Fluellen was the 24th pick in the third round by the Detroit Lions and the 87th overall. Guion and Hayes were selected in the fifth and sixth rounds respectively with Guion drafted by Minnesota with the 152nd overall pick. Hayes was selected by Tampa Bay.
