FSU athletic director Randy Spetman regarding the NCAA's pending ruling on the school's academic-misconduct case as quoted in Florida Today

Note: It is difficult to believe that Spetman or one of his representatives are not aware of what is in the pending report. It is also absurd that the NCAA has not released its ruling so FSU and prospective athletes could make decisions regarding recruiting for 2009. This is the same NCAA that supposedly has the best interests of student athletes in mind.
