The Tallahassee Democrat is reporting that the NCAA has agreed to allow Florida State University to release documents in the university’s academic-misconduct case.
According to the paper,"...Naima M. Stevenson, the NCAA’s director of legal affairs and assistant general counsel, informed Betty Steffens,FSU’s general counsel, that the school could release documents from the case so that FSU can comply with the state’s open records laws."
