It is being reported by The Orlando Sentinel that FSU starting left guard Evan Bellamy is lost for the 2008 season. Last week,Bellamy who is a redshirt Sophomore had been hospitalized with a blood clot in his left calf.
If he is lost for the season, Bellamy, who played in 10 games a season ago and started the Music City Bowl, leaves the offensive line t-h-i-n. The Nole line consists of freshman and sophomores.
There has been no official confirmation by the FSU athletic department that he is in fact lost for the season.
