OU freshman player Josh Jarboe was dismissed from the football team Friday by coach Bob Stoops after a 74-second profanity-laced video of him rapping about guns and shooting people appeared on the Internet.
Gamecock head coach Steve Spurrier is upset...again. Seems that Mr. Personality is upset that a Clemson fan site has been mailing recruits and sending them articles about Gamecock players having brushes with the law. Seven of Spurrier's players have been arrested or cited since Dec. 31, but charges have been dropped in three of the cases.
This coming from a guy that has made a living at taking potshots at other football programs. He was particularly fond at making accusations about FSU recruiting when he was at Florida. Here is some advice for this mental midget- just shut up! Stop your whining !
What is it that makes universities throw money at coaches who are semi-successful for a couple of years? That is the case with Rutgers who recently inked a new deal with head coach Greg Schiano. Rutgers is taking fire for not revealing all the details in the contract. In fact, Rutgers president Richard McCormick apologized for the university's continuing "lack of transparency" involving Schiano's deal and said all terms should have been made public.

Watch out. Spurrier might read this blog and start throwing out inaudible obscenities that may or may not include the phrase "Free Shoes University."
True. I will take my chances. He has to be the biggest whack job in coaching. I would love to see a psychological study of him.
