The Seminoles held their second of 15 spring practices Tuesday afternoon, working out for 26 periods in shorts and helmets. The team will put the shoulder pads on Wednesday and then go full pads on Friday. In 7-on-7 drills (no lines), Drew Weatherford hit Greg Carr for gains of 20 and 25 yards, and later found Joslin Shaw for two 40-yard scores. Shaw is currently working with the first team at receiver along with Chris Davis. Jamie Robinson had a pass break-up for the defense. FSU went with some full 11-on-11 scrimmaging for the running game and got touchdown runs of 40 yards from Russell Ball and Jamaal Edwards. With FSU's Pro Day coming up on Thursday, several former Seminoles from last year's team were on hand for practice including Brodrick Bunkly, Antonio Cromartie, David Castillo, A.J. Nicholson, Matt Henshaw, B.J. Dean, Donnie Carter, Gerard Ross and Marcello Church. In addition, NFL players Javon Walker, Bryant McFadden and Chauncey Stovall attended Tuesday's workout.
