Lloyd Carr has won two in a row and the memory of losing to Appalachian State is no longer on the front pages. Appalachian State was the toast of the college sports world three weeks ago.Now, they are turkeys. Yep, they are my Turkey of the Week.
The Appalachian State Mountaineers got trounced by Wofford 42-31. Carr is probably thinking what goes around comes around. Of course, honorable mention has to go to crew cut Charlie Weiss and his 0-4 golden domers.
