Parker And Hayes Offensive And Defensive MVPs

* FSU held it annual football banquet Saturday night and Preston Parker was named the offensive MVP. On the defensive side, Geno Hayes was named the team's defensive MVP. Other award winners were: LB Kendall Smith and OL Rodney Hudson (top newcomers),LB Dekoda Watson and CB Patrick Robinson(most improved defensive players) and TE Charlie Graham (most improved offensive player). Center Ryan McMahon received the Don Powell award for unsung hero and defensive end Everette Brown earned the Bill McGrotha Humanitarian Award.

* FSU will probably announce how many players will be suspended for the Music City Bowl on either Monday or Tuesday. Reports have as many as 12 or more players being suspended due to the academic fraud case.
