As far as I know, Bobby Bowden has made no public comment regarding the NCAA report that strips him of 14 wins. We have heard from T.K. Wetherell and FSU athletic director Randy Spetman.
Spetman has announced that FSU will appeal the NCAA ruling that FSU must vacate the victories in which 61 ineligible athletes competed. The school has until March 21 to submit a letter of notice to the NCAA.
