6'5" Rome, Georgia kicker Shawn Powell committed to the Noles today.Powell is coming to FSU as a "gray-shirt", which means he will enroll in January of 2008 and count towards next year's signing class. The semester off will give Powell extra time to prepare for college life and football. He is being recruited for punting and kickoffs.
