Nole Meltdown Leads To 29-37 Loss

At the beginning of the season, I cautioned Nole fans that we may be in for a bumpy road. I just didn't realize how bumpy it could get. Here's a note for football teams. If you are playing lousy ball, have no fear. Play the Noles and you will look like a million bucks.

This has to be a tough loss for the Nole nation to stomach. However, the plot was pretty predictable. Noles come back to take lead. Noles let other team stay in the game. Other team scores to take the lead. Noles can't come back and lose.

Lately nothing has been easy for the Noles and this game was filled with not only bad officiating but bad play calling and a quarterback that looked awful in the second half. Before some start to scream for Drew Weatherford, remember what he has done.

As I said after the Wake game, there are a lot more questions than answers for this Nole team. Today the questions increased and the prospect for any answers is as slim as Britney Spears being nominated for parent of the year.
