Jimbo Fisher is expected to announce the starting quarterback for the Seminoles after this evening's practice. The practice is scheduled to end at 8:30, and FSU sports information has said Fisher will name the first-team quarterback following the practice.
After holding his son's funeral and having more than five-hundred in attendance, Mickey Andrews is expected to return to the practice fields today. Andrews has had an outpouring of calls and visits from former players and coaches.
Linebacker coach Chuck Amato said this is one of the younger groups at linebacker he's coached in his career. Says Amato,"There's not a whole lot of experience. "Their attitude is awesome. I couldn't ask for anything better."
