So will Miami running back Javarris James play Saturday agains the Noles? James suffered a high ankle sprain in Miami's loss to the Gators and has not practiced or played since. Says head coach Randy Shannon, "If he gets out (of his cast) and can run this week, then he might be ready for FSU. " However Shannon indicated that a more realistic timetable might be Miami's game against Central Florida on Oct. 11. James splits time with Graig Cooper and has 14 carries for 77 yards and a touchdown this season.
