A sad note. A University of Florida walk-on football player was one of two UF students killed in an overnight crash at Old Archer Road and SW 23rd Terrace early Friday, Gainesville Police reported. Michael W. Guilford,19 who is from Quincy and attended Blountstown High School, is listed as redshirt freshman with the Gators. His position is defensive back.Neither were wearing helmets.
