No Boston Glee Party As Noles Defeat Number 2 BC 27-17

In "My Keys To The Game" this week, I said, "Noles need to convert third downs and move the ball down the field.Time of possession could be critical part of the game." The Noles did that and more. This was the best game by far for the Noles this year.

Drew Weatherford tonight was not an average quarterback. The offense had no turnovers and for a field and weather that was wet most of the night, that is quite an accomplishment. The running game was good enough to keep the BC defense honest. And kudos to an offensive line that has not been very good for most of the year. Tonight they were great.

The defense played a complete game and made key interceptions when they were most needed. With their sixth win of the year, the Noles become bowl eligible and just maybe they have turned the corner. Nole fans in Boston and elsewhere will be celebrating and my guess is that their favorite drink will not be tea.

I'm sure there would be some complaints about the 58 yards in penalties - except BC had 121 :)

And a game ball to Gano!
