FSU may look like a MASH unit this week with all the injuries incurred in the game against Virginia Tech. Besides Drew Weatherford sustaining a concussion, cornerback Tony Carter also sustained an apparent concussion as well as a groin injury.
Tailback Antone Smith injured his left shoulder and missed the second half of the game. In addition, running back Russell Ball has an ankle injury.Backup tailback Jamaal Edwards also has a shoulder injury. Bobby Bowden indicated that the Noles may have to shuffle receivers into the backfield for their game against Maryland.
In addition to those,DT Andre Fluellen has a knee injury,LB Derek Nicholson a hamstring, and LB Toddrick Verdell a foot injury. All are questionable for Saturday's game.
