Four-star defensive end Jamar Jackson selected FSU over Virginia Tech during a press conference at his school. Jackson, who is being recruited to play either defensive end or linebacker, becomes FSU's 10th verbal commitment for the recruiting class of 2007.
Within the past two weeks, the Rivals250 member narrowed his list of schools down to FSU and Virginia Tech. Prior to that he was also considering Boston College, Louisville, NC State.
