Another Coach In Mix for FSU O.C. Position

According to several sources including the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Vikings quarterbacks coach Kevin Rogers is of interest by FSU coach Bobby Bowden.

"It's an after-the-season deal," Vickings Head Coach Childress said. "Those guys all keep me posted as the college hiring cycle [is going on] right now. Obviously his name is out there. He [told me] long before it got out there."

Rogers, 55, had a distinguished 28-year career as a college coach, including stints as offensive coordinator at Notre Dame and Syracuse. He was the quarterbacks coach at Virginia Tech for four years before jumping to the NFL this season.
