Nole Kicking Game Doesn't Make The Grade

This was the last tuneup game before Wake Forest. Here are my grades for the Chattanooga game:

Offensive Line: Rick Trickett's offensive line allowed four sacks against Chattanooga. Teams get tougher after this.
    Grade: C

Running Game: Smith had a good game. Now he will need to take it to next level against Wake Forest.
    Grade: B+

QB: Christian Ponder had another good game as did Richardson. Key stat was no interceptions by either QB.
    Grade: B+

Offensive Coaching: Offense had a good showing once again.
    Grade: B+

Receivers: Corey Surrency continues to be impressive as well as Carr and others. However, there were too many dropped balls.
    Grade: B

Defense and Defensive Coaching: Noles still lacking key players on defense which recorded four sacks. However, secondary has yet to have an INT in two games.
    Grade: B-

Penalties: Noles cut down on penalties from first game which is always a good thing.
    Grade: B+

Kicking Game: Nole fans better hope that Gano gets back sooner rather than later. Hobby missed an extra point and two field goals.
    Grade: C-
