Noles Fail To Record Any Picks For Second Week In A Row

One notable Seminole will be back for the Wake Forest game. Junior WR Preston Parker will return after serving a two-game suspension for his arrest in the offseason. In addition, Bowden said junior DT Budd Thacker will also be available. Thacker was involved in the academic misconduct scandal but missed a regular-season game and the Music City Bowl.

Chattanooga probably wishes they had performed like a stealth bomber. Actually FSU fans were witness to a B2 Spirit stealth bomber that flew over Doak Campbell Stadium prior to the game's 3:45 p.m kickoff. The bomber is one of 20 in the world. The commander of the wing has a daughter who recently graduated from FSU.

Despite decent performances by the defense against WCU and Chattanooga, a concern among Mickey Andrews and others is the lack of turnovers by the defense. For the second consecutive week, FSU's defensive backs failed to record any interceptions despite being in position to do so. Andrews says that the defense has been in position to get 10 potential INTs and yet has gone two weeks without an interception.
