    Fluellen MRI And Caz Playing TE

Fluellen, who has played through injuries in the past, says he will not participate in practice this week, but that the ailment will not prevent him from playing against Alabama Sept. 29.

    With starting TE Charlie Graham sidelined with a pulled left hamstring, OT Caz Piurowski practiced exclusively at his former position Tuesday for the first time this season. While Piurowski will work with the first-team offense this week at TE, the longterm future for the 6-foot-9 sophomore remains to be seen. According to coaches, Piurowski was also close to earning more time at tackle.

    Bowden said WR Joslin Shaw and DE Kevin McNeil remain ineligible to play as FSU waits to hear from the NCAA regarding their appeals of an unspecified academic issue.
