Seems that Drew Weatherford drew some cheers for a block he made during 11-on-11 drills Saturday.

Florida State OT Shannon Boatman has a sprained lateral collateral ligament -- sustained in practice earlier in the week -- and did not work out at full speed Saturday. His status for Thursday's game is day to day.

Junior rover Anthony Houllis, who missed FSU's game against Rice with a knee injury, will also miss the rest of the season, according to Seminoles defensive coordinator Mickey Andrews.

Florida State's receivers have had trouble gaining position against physical cornerbacks, and that might not bode well for the Seminoles this week.
