What They Are Saying About the FSU-NC State Game

The Florida State plan is an obvious one - rattle North Carolina State's young quarterback. Before Daniel Evans made his first start in a 17-15 victory over Boston College, he had attempted just eight passes in college. As a redshirt freshman a year ago, Evans never threw a pass in just two appearances

"They've got a young quarterback [and] ... basically the idea is just to confuse him," Williams said. "The biggest thing we need to do is blitz. It's really not that difficult. It's something [defensive coordinator Mickey] Andrews has been doing for years. We've been disguising for years. That's the key to football. If you disguise, that's where all your plays will come from."
