All's Fair For FSU-NC State Game

The Thursday night game between FSU and NC State won't likely be a three ring circus but it will have a fair involved. Turns out that this will be the opening night of the 2008 North Carolina State Fair. Since moving to Carter Stadium in 1966, there have been 33 football games played across the street from the current fairgrounds during the fair. During the so called fair games, the Wolfpack has compiled a 16-16-1 record in those games. NC State athletics is even offering a combo ticket package for the FSU-NC State game and the fair on Thursday.
