* Given the history of FSU kickers, I am always hesitant to heap praise but Gano is the real deal. It's about time that we had such a reliable kicker.
* Corey Surrency had another day to forget. Had no catches and could not hold on to one in the end zone that would have been a TD.
* First quarter stats for FSU looked grim. Noles had only 18 yards.
* FSU secondary continues to have blown coverages and get burned for easy TDs.
* Greg Carr showed that he is the receiver in the clutch for the Noles.
* Noles continue to commit stupid penalties. It looks as if it is a lost cause.
* Preston Parker continues to not be a factor for the receivers. However. he may have a bigger role on Saturday if Antone Smith is not 100%.
