The ACC has announced its players of the week and three Noles were named:
Rodney Hudson was named offensive lineman of the week as he recorded the best grade on the line and helped FSU rush for 266 yards and three TDs against Clemson. Hudson led the team for the fifth time in nine games with an 89 percent grade overall and an unprecedented 98 percent grade versus the run. He had two knockdowns and in 40 run plays he received a passing grade 39 times.
Also named and sharing the co-defensive lineman honors was Neefy Moffett who only recorded two tackles in the game against Clemson but his game-tying 18-yard interception return touchdown evened the score at 10-10. Moffett also recorded his third sack of the season while he and the Seminole defensive line limited the Tigers to a total of 79 yards rushing.
The third Nole named for specialist of the week was Graham Gano who handled the placekicking and punting duties on Saturday against Clemson as he kicked a total of 18 times in the 41-27 win over the Tigers. He made his 16th and 17th consecutive field goals from 52 and 37 to extend his streak of consecutive games with a 50+ yard field goal to five.
