Two FSU wide receivers were arrested on Wednesday on misdemeanor battery charges stemming from a fight in the student union two weeks ago.
The two receivers are Bert Reed and Cameron Wade who turned themselves in at the Leon County Jail and were released after posting bond according to university officials.
Reed and Wade had been suspended for one game (Boston College) and according to Bobby Bowden they are expected to play against Florida and will not be disciplined any further.
According to Bowden, "They're going to be available. They've been disciplined." One has to wonder how many more chances Bert Reed gets given his past conduct.
It is hardly a surprise that Bobby Bowden is taking no further action given his history in disciplining players.
