Fumble Prevents FSU Comeback Win

Not all plays of the game can be good. This one saw the Noles come three yards short of a great comeback win:

With the Noles trailing Georgia Tech 31-28 in the fourth quarter, an interception by Patrick Robinson gave the ball back for the Noles at the FSU 41 yard line with 5:49 left in the game. The Noles drove the ball to the Tech 3 and on second and goal, Marcus Sims was headed for the goal line when the ball was fumbled and recovered by Tech for a touchback. The game ended 45 seconds later with a Tech win.
